HOT MILK CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tasse de lait
  • 10 cuillères à soupe de beurre
  • 4 Oeufs
  • 1 1/2 -2 tasse de sucre
  • 2 1/4 tasses de farine
  • 2 1/4 c. à thé de poudre à pâte
  • 1 c. à thé d’essence de vanille

Method

Boil milk & butter together until butter is melted.
Whisk eggs in a bowl until fluffy for 5 mins, add sugar and whisk until pale yellow and thickened.


Sieve flour and baking powder, add to egg mixture and roughly mix. Add vanilla essence. Mix with hand blender.


Add boiled milk, mix well with a spatula. Grease a baking tin and pour batter. Tap and release any air bubbles.


Cuire au four préchauffé à 180 degrés pendant 30 minutes jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient dorés
