Parle-G Pudding


  1. In a pan melt butter & add the parle g crumbs
  2. Cook it in the pan for 5 mins
  3. In a separate kadai, take milk bring to a bowl & add the custard powder & cardamom powder
  4. Pour into a bowl & chill
  5. For the chocolate, take melted chocolate add butter & cream & whisk till smooth
  6. Transfer it to a piping bag & keep warm
  7. Take the custard bowls & add the parle-g crumbs & then layer with chocolate ganache
  8. Top with ice cream & chocolate wafer rolls
  9. Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!
